Preparing for and accessing your virtual visit
How you prepare for and access your virtual visit depends on whether or not you have a MyChart account.
I have a MyChart account.
Prepare:
To assist your care team in preparing for your visit, please log into your MyChart account and complete the PreCheck-In process. PreCheck-in is available up to three days before your scheduled appointment.
Day of visit:
On the day of your visit, you may receive a phone call from your care team to complete any necessary final steps, verification and check-in for your appointment.
How you access your virtual visit depends on what type of virtual visit you are scheduled for. Not sure what type of virtual visit you are scheduled for? This information can be found on your appointment card/tile within MyChart.
• MyChart Virtual Visit: Tap the Appointment card and then the Begin Visit button. We suggest you join within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. Your provider will join you on the video call.
• Virtual Visit: You will receive a text message from your provider when they are ready to connect. Simply click the link within the text message to connect. Your provider will join you on the video call.
I do not have a MyChart account.

No additional steps need to be taken to prepare for your visit.
