Prepare: We recommend you complete this step a day or two ahead of the visit.

The MyChart PreCheck-In process assists your Care Team in the preparation for your visit.

PreCheck-In is available up to 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment time.

To complete this process, please login to your MyChart account.

Day of visit:

You may receive a phone call from the Care Team the day of your appointment to complete any necessary final steps, verification and check-in for your appointment.

• For a MyChart Virtual Visit: You will tap/click the Begin Visit button within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time to connect

• For a Virtual Visit: You will receive a text message from your provider when they are ready to connect. Simply tap the link within the text message to connect.

Not sure what visit type you are scheduled for? The name of your scheduled visit type can be found on your appointment card/tile within MyChart.

I do not have a MyChart account

Prepare:

There are no steps to be completed at this time to prepare for your visit.

Day of visit:
