How long before my scheduled appointment time am I allowed to connect?

If you are scheduled for a MyChart Virtual Visit, we recommend you connect 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you are scheduled for a Virtual Visit, you will receive a text message from your provider when they are ready to connect. Please be ready with your mobile device a few minutes before your appointment time.

What if I am late for my visit?

If you are unable to connect to your visit within the appropriate time frame, we suggest that you reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

What if my provider is running late?

If your provider is running behind, another team member may greet you to get necessary information for your visit or to inform you of any potential delays. Please plan to connect at your scheduled appointment time. Your provider will be with you shortly.

What if I am trying to use the MyChart app, will this still work?

Yes, the MyChart app will also allow you to connect to your scheduled MyChart virtual visit.

What if I am having technical difficulty or need assistance?
