Yes. Children 18 months and older can use on-demand video visits, however a parent/guardian needs to start the process.

To start an on-demand video visit, visit froedtert.com or download the Froedtert & MCW mobile app, then add your child’s information.

Your child will need to be present for the visit so the provider can perform an assessment.
