Why do I need to verify my phone/e-mail?


Verification of your identity and the ways in which we communicate with you is important to us.

You may be asked to verify your phone and/or e-mail address on file. This may occur upon login, during scheduling or PreCheck-In. It is not required to proceed and you may choose to complete this step at a later time.

When you verify your e-mail, you will receive a code to your associated account inbox. You will need to navigate to your e-mail, locate the code, and enter the code to proceed.

When you verify your phone number (mobile), you will receive a code via text message that you will then enter to proceed.
